Niels Pagh Logistics A/S (NPL) and Blue Logistics A/S have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening both companies’ positions in the European transport and logistics market, with a particular focus on Spain and Portugal.
As part of the partnership, NPL will become part of the Blue Logistics family. However, NPL will continue to operate under its current name and management, with its existing employees and day-to-day operations remaining unchanged.
For customers and business partners, the agreement primarily means continuity, stability, and access to an even broader range of expertise and solutions. The relationships that customers know today will remain unchanged. Going forward, they will simply be supported by a stronger foundation and expanded opportunities.

The collaboration is intended to strengthen:

  • Service levels and capacity for existing and new customers
  • The companies’ presence in Spain and Portugal
  • The development of new logistics and transport solutions
  • Long-term stability and continued growth for NPL

The partnership also creates a natural platform for future generational development within the company, providing younger employees with greater opportunities for responsibility and professional growth. This helps ensure continuity, preserve the company culture, and maintain the close customer relationships for which NPL is known.

"We have built NPL on strong relationships, exceptional service, and talented employees. That will not change. On the contrary, our partnership with Blue Logistics provides even better opportunities to further develop the company for the benefit of both customers and employees," says Michael Pagh, CEO of Niels Pagh Logistics.

"NPL is a well-managed company with strong values and highly skilled people. We see significant potential in this partnership and look forward to continuing to develop the business together and strengthen our position in the Iberian market," says Flemming Jørgensen, CEO of Niels Pagh Logistics.

With this agreement, NPL’s many years of experience and strong customer relationships are combined with Blue Logistics’ network, expertise, and growth ambitions. The goal is to create an even stronger platform for the future—for the benefit of customers, employees, and business partners alike.
